Generally, insurance claim resolution is divided into three potential service categories: Public Adjuster Service, Insurance Appraiser Service, and Legal Service.
A Policyholder may choose to utilize a multi-stage approach, often starting with Public Adjuster Service. The utilization of a Public Adjuster in the initial stage is designed to achieve Insurance Claim Resolution through documentation and negotiation. If successful, this process is generally intended to conclude the dispute, which may prevent the need to engage Insurance Appraiser service or Legal service.
How is Adjuster Shield's service better than another Public Adjuster Service?
Not all public adjusters deliver the same level of service. Comparing one to another isn’t always an apples-to-apples comparison, as the scope, quality, and responsiveness can vary significantly. Adjuster Shield stands apart through transparent pricing, clearly defined service terms, a proprietary claim management system, and a concierge-style approach designed to deliver and proactive communication.
The Adjuster Shield Rapid 90-Day Process*, is a proprietary insurance claim management system and comprehensive solution consisting of three core components: documenting evidence, driving the insurance policy, and delivering results.
Clearly Defined Service Terms
Adjuster Shield distinguishes itself from other public adjusters by offering clearly defined service terms and a rapid 90-day service timeline, unlike many competitors who provide no such timeline.
Rest assured, the exclusive terms, fees, and services for this comprehensive advocacy are clearly defined and solely governed by your signed service agreement, ensuring absolute clarity and confidence from day one.
Concierge-Style Approach
The "Adjuster Shield" is our firm's concierge-style service designed to eliminate client stress and uncertainty during the claims process. We take full charge of handling all claim documentation and communication, effectively shielding you from the insurance company's tactics and the claim's complexity. The core of this service is our proactive Weekly Update Protocol, through which your dedicated claim manager provides a concise, structured update every Monday to explain the current situation, outline the precise next steps and timeline, and ensure all your questions are answered, guaranteeing you complete transparency and peace of mind throughout your property's recovery.
